Out of Office settings for Production Team users
Fulfilling Production orders doesn't stop when a member of the Production Team is on vacation.
The Out of Office setting helps solve this problem.
How It Works: Out of Office
Members of the Production Team (Writer, Voice Over, Producer, Dubber, Continuity) can set their Out of Office dates as needed so that Production Managers are able to take this information into consideration when assigning tasks for a Production Order.
To configure this setting, navigate to and click your profile/avatar (in the upper right corner) and click Profile.
Then scroll to the bottom of the page and click Edit. Next, navigate to the Out of Office section.
Enter a Start Date - the date of the first day you will be out of office. Next, add your Return Date - the date of the day you return to the office.
Then click Add Dates to lock in the Out of Office dates you have entered. You may add multiple rows of Out of Office dates if you wish. When done, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
When production tasks are being assigned, the assignee (usually the Production Manager) will see your Out of Office dates and make assignments accordingly.
