To reset your password, sign in to your station's PromoSuite Production account and follow the instructions below.
Click reset after entering the email address that is connected to your station's account.
When you enter your email address, you'll see the statement " If that email address is for a valid user account, we will send you an email to reset your password".
You'll receive an email from our system. Please click the button within the email to reset your password.
The final stage of changing your password. Type in your new password after adding your email address. The following characters must be present in the password: One (1) capital letter, One (1) lowercase letter, One (1) number from 0-9, and One (1) special character (for example: @, #, $, %). Then re-type in the password again, then click change.
