• The Send Back button enables orders to be "sent back" to a previous step in the Production workflow
  
  

• Orders can be "sent back" to the following workflow stages:

  • Assignments

  • Script

  • Script Review

  • Voice Over

  • Record

  • Record Review

• Orders in Script Review or Spot Review cannot use the Send Back button as the function of these stages is for the purpose of reviewing and requesting changes (aka "send back")
  
  
• Orders in the Record stage cannot be "sent back" to a VO as this stage also allows for reviewing and requesting changes of the VO (aka "send back")
  
  
• The PromoSuite Production user roles that include the Send Back privilege are:
  • Account Executive
  • Production Manager
  • Continuity
  • Full Production
  • System Administrator
