How to use the Chat Box and its features
On the right-hand side of Promosuite Production and Digital is the Chat Box.
To expand the conversation window, click the chat box.
When the chat box is open, you can tag a user by typing the @ sign followed by the user's name.
Once you've tagged the user in your message, click the "Send" arrow to submit the chat.
Your message will show in the order's chat box, and the user will be alerted to the new message or comment.
The user initials will appear below the order below the mentions tab. To read the most recent comments in the conversation box, click the order.
Click back into the order, then chat box to view the conversation and respond.
Within the order you can ALSO reply back with an attachment by clicking on the file attachment icon. As well as an emoji.
Add file attachment.
Submit for user to view.
Additional features, such as the view "eyeball" symbol and download button, will start to display at the bottom right side of the chat box once an attachment has been added.
The document can be seen by clicking the "eyeball" icon without having to download it.
Use the add button to tag a user into the conversation if needed.
Users won't show up until after assignments have been distributed.
