We recently deployed a new feature to the Enterprise version of PromoSuite Production.
[Out of Office management]
We added the ability for PromoSuite Production users with certain privileges to configure the Out of Office settings of other Production users.
The ability to set another user's O-o-O is determined by a new administrator privilege called “User Scheduling”.
PromoSuite Production roles that have this new setting privilege by default are:
- Production Manager
- User Management
- System Administrator
- Hub Manager
Users with this privilege will see a new item in the left-hand navigation called “User Scheduling” where they can adjust user O-o-O settings if needed.
