Production Status Overview and Definitions
In the "Production Queue", you will see various statuses that indicate the progress of an order. Here is an overview of what each status means:
Draft: The order has been saved as a draft within the account.
Assignments: The order has been submitted to the Production Manager to assign users to complete tasks like writing, voice-over, continuity, and dubbing.
Script: The writer is working on creating a script.
Script Change: Either the client or sales account executive has requested changes to the script that need to be fixed before moving forward.
Pink Client Review: The script has been submitted to the client for approval/review.
Assign VO: The producer needs to select a voice-over talent for the order.
Voice-over: The voice-over talent is voicing the script/copy.
Record: The order is in the process of being recorded.
Spot Review: The client or sales account executive has been submitted the spot for review.
Purple Client Review: The spot, has been submitted to the client for approval/review.
Spot Change: The client or sales account executive has made changes to the spot that need fixing before moving the order ahead.
Continuity: The order is in the traffic/continuity stage to add cart number, ISDI number, etc.
Dubbing: The order is completed but waiting for the order to be marked as dubbed with the system.
In the "Produced Spots" section, you will see various statuses such as upcoming, on-air, and aired.
"Upcoming" indicates that a spot is not currently on-air but will start soon.
"On-air" means the spot is currently being broadcast based on the flight start date.
"Aired" indicates that the spot has already been broadcast and has ended based on the spot's end date.
