If you've seen this message "next.promosuite.com says error?" - there is a conflict between PromoSuite Next and a browser add-on in your browser - most likely a pop-up blocker or ad blocker. 

To prevent this message from displaying:

• Use PromoSuite Next in a private browsing window, which will deactivate any browser add-ons
• Disable add-ons while you use PromoSuite Next
• Whitelist the PromoSuite Next domain in your browser add-on
