How to Reset Your Password When You Can't Login
Five (5) incorrect login attempts results in account lockout. If your account is locked, please contact your local PromoSuite Next Administrator to unlock it.
If you are having problems logging in to PromoSuite Next, first make sure you are attempting to login at the following address: |

When logging in make sure your Station is filled in correctly -you must include the "-AM" or "-FM" at the end of your call letters in order to log in. | ![]() |
If you need to reset your password you can do so using the link below the login information. |

When you reset your password you will receive an email with a temporary password and your username (below) |

For security purposes your local PromoSuite Next Administrator is expected to handle all user-related permissions requests once platform onboarding has been completed.
