PromoSuite Next uses session-based authentication and we recommend that you log out when you are done using the program.  Doing so should prevent the 404 error. 

If you continue to see a 404 error upon login:

• Use PromoSuite Next in a private browsing window (aka "incognito mode" in Google Chrome)
• Clear your browser's cache prior to attempting to log in
