Follow the steps below to connect WideOrbit Traffic and PromoSuite Production, so order information flows between the two systems: 

1. Contact your WideOrbit Traffic salesperson, and let them know you're using PromoSuite Production.
   
   
2. Complete the WideOrbit Traffic set-up documents
   
   
3. WideOrbit will create a timeline and schedule a deployment to upgrade your instance of Traffic and work with us to connect it to PromoSuite Production.
   
   
4. Once connected, we coordinate training sessions so that your users understand how to maximize the capabilities of your WO Traffic-integrated instance of PromoSuite Production.

This process may take up to 6 weeks.
