How is Product Training Conducted?
We offer training sessions and consultation calls - both are led by one or more of our product experts. All sessions are tailored to participants and their roles, and topics are aligned with software features.
One or more “training sessions” will be necessary for new users while a “consultation call” is typically scheduled by an end-user who has experienced training and has a very specific “use case” they’d like to discuss with a product expert.
