Using the Pick Random Utility to Assign Contest Winners
Once you have gathered a list of registrants for a contest, whether via a Registration Contest within PromoSuite Next, online registration via a PromoSuite Mail Sign Up Form (which is available as a Registration Contest within PromoSuite Next), or via our integration with Aptivada, you can pick (a) random winner(s) via this utility.
You will need to create a contest (Standard or Online) in PromoSuite Next to which you add your prize(s). Once the contest is complete and the registration period has ended, you can use the Pick Random utility to pick one or more winners for your contest.
Go to Front Desk > Listener Database > Utilities > Pick Random to find the Registration Contest used to collect entries.

| Above the list is a button to “Pick Random” which allows you to select one or more winners and adjust for number of times entered, if desired. |

| You’ll see the results of your selection and can click “Mark Contest Winners” which will allow you to assign the random winners to the Standard/Online Contest you created. If you wish to re-pick random winners, click “Show All” and follow the “Pick Random” steps again. |
