Overview of Sales-related Roles in PromoSuite Production
PromoSuite Production is a role-based platform. Each role has specific privileges that enable the system to turn certain functionality on or off depending on the specific role. Below is a brief explanation outlining the various sales roles and what the system allows them to access and do in each role.
Account Executive
Any individual who is assigned the Account Executive role will be able to do the following:
- Create a new production order — for contracts needing spot production and for orders where a spot will be provided by the client/agency.
- See real-time status of production orders in process
- Easily approve scripts and spots or forward scripts and spots to a client for approval or changes
- Access archived production orders and spots for future reference/use
- Quickly make a flight date change request to active orders
- See all revision history for both scripts and recordings
- Share order-related responsibilities with other users or support staff
- Manage client information and contacts in our Client Management section
- Archive all aspects of an order including all communications, revisions, all participants in the production order, etc.
Sales Assistant, Order Entry
The Sales Assistant and Order Entry roles have the same privileges as an AE, but cannot approve scripts or recordings, delete orders, or account/client contact records.
Sales Manager
The Sales Manager role enables broader access and a more managerial view into the entity's Production order activity. This role has the same privileges as the AE, but with access to all clients, and is also the only Sales role that is allowed to re-assign accounts as needed.
- See real-time status of production orders in process for ALL Account Executives
- Access archived production orders and spots for future reference/use
- Quickly make a flight date change request to active orders, if needed
- Sales Managers also have the ability to easily re-assign all client records and associated items from one AE to another AE from within our Client Management screen.
