The Account Executive's role within PromoSuite production involves just a few tasks.

• Create Production Orders for contracts needing production or contracts where production will be provided by the client or their agency.
  
• Review, Approve or Request Changes for Scripts if desired.
• Review, Approve or Request Changes for Spot recordings. 
• Alternately, a script or spot can be sent to a Client for Review, Approve or Change Requests
  
  

Script or Spot requiring a Change

If a script or spot requires changes, the order will route to the Producer assigned so they can manage the changes.

Once a Script or Spot has been Approved 

Once a Script is approved, the order is automatically routed to Continuity so they can get it ready for dubbing which will complete the production process.

Once dubbed, the order moves from the “Production Queue” to the “Produced Spots Queue.”
