Revising Flight Dates on a Produced Spot that is Currently Running
| If you have a need to modify the existing flight dates of an on-air spot, you can do so by going to Produced Spots in the left Navigation menu. |  |
| In Produced Spots, you will be able to see all your produced client spots, those on-air and those archived. PromoSuite Production archives all your produced order for easy access. When you need to make changes to a spot’s flight dates or create a new production order from an existing order, just click on the Preview icon (pictured right). |  |
Changing Flight Dates to an On-air SpotAfter clicking on the Preview icon, a modal window will appear showing you the spot’s script and recording player. Below it, you will see two options. To adjust the flight dates, click on the “Adjust Flight Date” button. |

An “Adjust Flight Dates” screen will appear. Simply modify the flight dates as needed, and hit “Submit”. The change order will be trafficked back to Continuity as a task so they can make the necessary adjustments to the flight schedule. |
