Approving Scripts and/or Sharing With a Client for Approval
Reviewing Scripts
Once a script has been written and attached to the order it is ready for “Script Review”. You will find the Order in your Current Tasks. Click the order to open.
Once opened you will find the written script and have three options: Approve it, Request Changes or forward it to the client for them to provide feedback and or approve.
If you “Approve” the script, it will be routed to VO/Producer for recording. If you need to make changes, click on “Request Changes”. A feedback box will appear. Provide feedback or copy and paste the script above and edit as needed. Then hit the SUBMIT button. |

Script Revision History
Lastly, all revisions are saved and stored in case you need to reference a particular script.
Sending Script to Client for ReviewHaving clients review scripts and approved or request changes is easy. Just click on the “Send to Client” button.
Client Email A popup screen will appear with a predesigned HTML email ready to send to a client. You can modify the provided message and even CC others if needed. NOTE: As you can see, the "Nickname" auto-populates in the salutation. This is why setting up in the order once avoids having to change it every time you send a review email.

Client Review Process
When a client clicks on “Review Script” they will be presented with a page where they will be able to review the script and Approve it or Request Change.
If they'd like to Request Change they can provide feedback and send back to the use who sent the review request (the AE or the Writer).
The approved order creates the next step - a read of the script from a VO Talent or the Producer.
After approving the script or requesting change the client is presented with one of two messages.
