Writing & Revising A Script
When an order needs a script, the writer assigned to the order sees it in their "Current Task" view, with a status of SCRIPT.
A writer can click on the task to see the Creative Details provided for the script task to be completed.
Once the writer has written the script they can copy and paste it into the FINAL SCRIPT box.
Then hit SUBMIT.
If the order called for the AE to approve the script before recording, it will route back to AE’s My Task in a SCRIPT REVIEW status.
If the script did not require approval before recording, it will route to the producer assigned to this order.
When a script requires a change.
When an AE or client wants changes to the script, they will request changes during the script review process. Changes will route back to the writer for changes to be made. Routed Change Request task will appear in the writer’s My Task.
Upon opening the order, the writer will see the change being requested.
They can make the requested changes and copy and paste the newly revised script in the Final Script section of the page. Then hit SUBMIT. This will route the order back to the AE for review and approval. If more changes are requested, the process repeats. If changes are approved, the order moves to the RECORD step. The team member assigned as Producer will now see the order in their MY Task.
