The Continuity role PromoSuite Production is responsible for completing the order and getting it ready for dubbing into the automation system.

There are several tasks that a Continuity person has depending on whether an order is sent through the Production Needed workflow or the Production Provided workflow.

In the Production Needed workflow, Continuity is responsible for:

• Reviewing traffic instructions provided by AE
• Assigning Cart#/Ad ID
• Assure all information required for dubbing is in the order, such as rotation %, etc.

In the Production Provided workflow, Continuity is responsible for:

• Reviewing traffic instructions provided by a Client
• If multiple spots are required and need rotating, add and set rotation %
• If a client-provided spot(s) need tags added, add tag information to order and assigned an available producer to voice/ edit spot with tags
• Assigning Cart#/Ad ID
• Add ISCI #, if provided
• Assure all information required for dubbing is in the order

Users in the Continuity role can also cancel and re-activate cancelled orders.
