Once a recording has been approved and Continuity has assigned a Cart Number/AD ID, the spot is ready for Dubbing onto the automation system.

The assigned Dubber is alerted to the task and sees the order in their "Current Tasks" with a status of DUBBING.

The Dubber can download the recording by clicking on the download link below the player. They can then upload the Recording to their automation system.

Once completed, they can mark the order as DUBBED. The action will add a date/time stamp as to when the dub was Completed. This information is stored in the order record.
