Over time, staffing changes may require a Sale Manager to reassign accounts from one person to another person. Sales Managers have the ability to easily reassign accounts from the "Client Management" page.
To reassign one or more accounts, navigate to the Client Management page from the left navigation. You will then see a list of accounts with the Account Executive's name listed.
Select the accounts you would like to reassign by checking the left box.
Then click on the dropdown to view all the other Account Executive at that station/market. Select the person you would like to reassign this account to from the dropdown. To Reassign, click on the purple Reassign button.
What happens when you reassign an account?
Upon reassigning an account, the person who receives the reassigned accounts will become the owner of the record for that account. They will be able to access all past orders as if they had originally submitted the orders.
